Diablo 3 Error 3

If you have Error 3 (Diablo 3) message – read the following

Error 3 typically occurs after your computer was unable to receive the updated End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Use (TOU) that accompany every patch. Without acceptance of these documents, Error 3 will occur.
Here are some potential resolutions to this issue:

Carefully check the spelling of your login information.  Remember, you must completely spell out your e-mail address (Ex:  D3player@emailexample.com)
Try logging into a different play region.

For example, if you normally play in Europe, try logging into the The Americas or Asia. This method will often push a new copy of the EULA and TOU to your computer. You can find details on how to change your server region in our Global Play article.
Resync your physical or mobile Battle.net Authenticator
Try logging into the game from a different computer.
